How to Submit a Deletion Request
Email us (recommended)
Send an email to appukedia2@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include the name and mobile number (or Facebook account email) registered on your account. This method works even if you no longer have the app installed.

Call or SMS +91 79722 77376 with your registered details and the words "Data deletion request". Our team will verify your identity before processing.
Wait for confirmation
We will reply to your email or send you a message confirming deletion within 30 days. You will receive a reference confirming your data has been permanently removed.

What Happens After You Request
Day 0 — You send your deletion request via WhatsApp, call, or in-person.
Within 2 business days — We verify your identity and send a confirmation that your request has been received.
Within 30 days — Your personal data is permanently deleted from our active database and any backups.
Final confirmation — We send you a message confirming your data has been fully removed.
